THE ARTISAN FOOD FACTORY

In 2013, we opened the Artisan Food Factory – a specialised food facility in Ballysimon, Limerick that serves as our dedicated commissary and test kitchen. This is where we create and refine every handcrafted product and dish for our varied menus. The recipe is simple - we just add curiosity and talent to the finest locally sourced ingredients. By bringing our seasoned team of chefs and bakers under the one roof, we are able to deliver a range of signature products to our outlets - products of vastly superior quality to those available for supply from wholesalers. It is this insistence upon the very best that defines us and gives us our competitive edge.
