Over that time we have evolved from being a conventional event catering operation into a more diverse and ambitious business, garnering multiple awards along the way. An independently owned Irish business, we are industry leaders in sustainable practice, fully committed to our goal of becoming a zero waste enterprise as we continue to champion local producers.

At Master Chefs, we are proud to offer a diverse range of services across the catering and hospitality sector — our contract catering spans across education, healthcare, sport & leisure, the high street, and of course, events.
Contract Catering
From vibrant university campuses to healthcare providers, leisure facilities and corporate environments, we bring consistently high-quality food and service, tailored to the needs of each setting.
Event Catering
This is where our bespoke, high-impact approach shines. Whether it’s the Volvo Ocean Race opening ceremony, the Ploughing Championships, or Dermot Kennedy live in Thomond Park, we scale to suit any occasion, always with precision and flair.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are as serious about sustainability as we are about quality and service. The initiatives that we have put in place across our business have enabled Master Chefs to be recognised as industry leaders in terms of best practice. Last Year we served an extraordinary 25,000 hot beverages in reusable cups at University of Galway, having incentivised their customers to make the transition from single-use take away cups.
